The service we offer covers the full requirements of a platform survey in the UK. Platform Gauging Survey The measurements taken during the survey include: X and Y coordinates of the near rail to the platform edge and preset intervals along the line chainage; Coper overhang; 6 foot; Versine, track cant, and; the line gauge. The survey is carried out as a service by the X-Y-EAZY surveyors. Survey Results All clients will be given private access to their own results via the X-Y-EAZY portal. Accessed through a secure login procedure, the client will be able to view the survey data results almost immediately after the survey has been physically completed. The data will be presented in a format that all customers can use, for example CSV formats, and other formats will be available as required, such as spreadsheets or databases. As platforms are surveyed, each dataset will be securely stored indefinitely, and over time, the EAZYweb Customer Portal will contain accurate survey data for all platforms within the client area, which can be accessed by any number of registered users, at any time.
